If we look at company learning resources online, there is a lot of information out there. So much so that it can be confusing. TED Talks are a great way to organize your learning and help share what you have learned with your team members. These talks are some of my favorite ones on learning and organizational development.  

What better way to inspire people than to learn and then pass on that excitement? Share this with your team members and coworkers to let them know that you are serious about learning.

Eddie Obeng - Smart failure

Many businesses struggle to create a culture of learning and innovation. This talk is a great way to rethink mistakes as a positive aspect of creating a learning environment that supports innovation.

Obeng calls it “smart failure” and it means that you can take a failure and make yourself smarter, by evaluating it and reflecting on it. You might be in the position of trying to use your team’s mistakes in a positive way. This talk could could be a good place to start.

Peter Novrig - The 100,000 student classroom

In this talk, Peter Novrig discusses his experiences teaching a class to about 100,000 students at the same time. This has implications for how companies can create successful learning programs for all their employees. No matter how many employees you have or where they are located, there are ways to teach them all effectively.

Richard Baraniuk - The birth of open-source learning
